Fiji Swimming completes Day 4 of swimming at the Samoa Aquatic Center with outstanding results. Congratulations Team Fiji for winning:
- 1 x Silver from Matelita Buadromo in the 200IM
- 1 x Silver from the 4x50m Freestyle Mixed relay team made up of Cheyenne Rova, Yolani Blake, Netani Ross and Epeli Rabua.
- 1 x Bronze medal from Taichi Vakasama who came in third in the men’s 200 IM final and,
- 1 x Bronze medal Matelita Buadromo winning the second bronze medal in the womens 100m freestyle final.
After 3 days of competition, going into Day 4 comes with a different set of challenges compared to Day 1. The body is at another level of physical strength, and continuing to perform consistently is a reflection of the long training hours put in by these athletes.
